Pink Angels Rescue Team

Frequently Asked Questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Your Tracker, the people behind it, and the details that help you get started.

Your Tracker

Can the Tracker report without my phone?

The Pink Angels Rescue Team Tracker uses its own GPS and cellular connection to report device location. Your phone is not the Tracker itself. Device power, signal, and service availability still matter.

Will it work indoors or in a basement?

Location quality and connectivity vary by surroundings and signal conditions. We do not promise coverage in every building or underground location. Contact the team with questions about your intended use.

How accurate is the location?

A report is the device location available at that time, not a promise of an exact distance or the person being there now. Pink Angels combines available reports with case information; no fixed five-foot accuracy is promised.

Your command center & team

Who is behind Pink Angels?

Retired LAPD officers Lisa and Teresa Golt founded Pink Angels in 2023. They lead Pink Angels Rescue Team and its command-center approach, drawing on their law-enforcement background and private-investigation experience.

Is the command center staffed 24/7?

Yes. The Pink Angels Command Center & Operations team is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Detective dispatch and arrival depend on location, circumstances, availability, and jurisdiction; staffing is not a guarantee of an immediate on-scene response.

What happens when a detective is needed?

The command center coordinates case information and dispatch of an available private detective when appropriate. An assigned detective can share findings and updates with the team.

Is Pink Angels a police department?

No. Pink Angels is a private service, not a police department or a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. You do not need to wait for a Pink Angels update to contact them.

Alerts & your people

Can my emergency contacts contact Pink Angels?

Yes. Your nominated emergency contacts can contact the team with a concern. Keep their names, telephone numbers, relationships, and other relevant details current in the client mobile application.

What if the alert turns out not to be an emergency?

Tell the command center as soon as you can. Your safety and clear information matter; an update helps the team understand what has changed and coordinate the next steps.

Plans, accounts & getting started

Where do I see the current plans and prices?

The shop shows the current monthly and yearly options, the initial device payment, and the recurring service price. Replacement devices are listed separately. Review the offer and checkout information before purchasing.

Can I manage devices separately?

Your website account includes My Devices, Purchases & Subscriptions. Device-specific actions identify the device being changed. Review the confirmation and service-end information before changing a subscription; your client mobile application is where you access Tracker information.

How does a private detective join the team?

The Detective App page explains the next step for interested private detectives. Public App Store and Google Play download links are coming soon. Existing detectives should keep using their current app and account.
